根据沥青混合料的强度形成原理和破坏机理以及沥青混合料与水相互作用机理，着重从集料性质、沥青性质、混合料类型、集料粒径和面层压实层厚度等方面分析了影响沥青混合料水稳定性的因素，提出了应在集料选择、沥青选择、沥青混合料设计、加热与拌和、碾压工艺、环境等方面采取措施来改善沥青混合料的水稳定性。     

利用能量原理研究单壁碳纳米管的剪切模量

利用能量方法研究了单壁碳纳米管（SWCNT）的剪切模量．采用分子力学理论得出了受扭矩作用下单壁碳纳米管的总势能；通过总势能与相应的薄壁圆筒的扭转变形能比较，推导出了单壁碳纳米管剪切模量的计算公式；碳纳米管剪切模量的计算结果与现有的研究结果相符，从而证实了本文计算公式正确有效．     

添加剂对AN多变晶型影响研究

本文运用热分析的方法对四十余种无机、有机添加剂和几种表面活性剂及水分对硝酸铵(AN)晶型转变的影响进行了研究。结果表明这些添加剂对AN的影响应为多种因素的综合结果。     

A superantigen encoded in the open reading frame of the 3' long terminal repeat of mouse mammary tumour virus.

Mice express a collection of superantigens, which bind to class II major histocompatibility proteins and interact with T cells bearing particular V beta chains as part of their alpha beta receptors. These superantigens have been suggested to be encoded by exogenous or endogenous mouse mammary tumour viruses. One such superantigen is now shown to be encoded in the open reading frame of the long terminal repeat of a mammary tumour virus, a gene of previously unknown function.

The Numerical Analysis of Strain Behavior at Solder Joint and Interface of Flip Chip Package

The flip chip package is a kind of advanced electri ca l packages. Due to the requirement of miniaturization, lower weight, higher dens ity and higher performance in the advanced electric package, it is expected that flip chip package will soon be a mainstream technology. The silicon chip is dir ectly connected to printing circuit substrate by SnPb solder joints. Quantal transmitter secretion from myocytes loaded with acetylcholine.

It is well known that transmitter secretion requires specialized secretory organelles, the synaptic vesicles, for the packaging, storage and exocytotic release of the transmitter. Here we report that when acetylcholine (ACh) is loaded into an isolated Xenopus myocyte, there is spontaneous quantal release of ACh from the myocyte which results in activation of its own surface ACh channels and the appearance of membrane currents resembling miniature endplate currents. This myocyte secretion probably reflects Ca(2+)-regulated exocytosis of ACh-filled cytoplasmic compartments. Furthermore, step depolarization of the myocyte membrane triggers evoked ACh release from the myocyte with a weak excitation-secretion coupling. These findings suggest that quantal transmitter secretion does not require secretory pathways unique to neurons and that the essence of presynaptic differentiation may reside in the provision of transmitter supply and modification of the preexisting secretion pathway.
